At Hola Hosts, we aim to provide a clear and fair policy regarding refunds for our events. Please read the following terms carefully.

Cancellations by Us (Hola Hosts)

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel an event, you will be entitled to a full refund.

  • A 100% refund, of the ticket price, excluding convenience fees, to your original payment method.

Cancellations by You (The Customer)

If you need to cancel your ticket for any reason, our policy is as follows:

  • A 70% refund of the total payment will be processed to your original payment method. The remaining 30% is a non-refundable charge to cover processing and administrative costs.

  • If your refund is approved in any circumstances then the amount will be credited to the original payment methods within 5 -7 working days
